Celebrate the Diamond Jubilee of our own Queen Elizabeth by coming back
with us to meet the first Elizabeth, whose reign gave us Shakespeare and Marlowe, Raleigh and Drake. This wonderful operetta
completely captures the sprit of the times, and never more so than when the Earl of Essex leads the full cast in the show’s
most famous song (which became a centrepiece of the Queen’s Golden Jubilee celebrations), ‘The Yeoman of England’.
